With an impressive background working with esteemed restaurant groups like Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse, The Capital Grille, PJ Clarke's, Dog and Bull, Sciarra Restaurant Group, and more, Christopher approaches each business as if it were his own, offering invaluable insights to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional quality.


Hailing from Hatboro, Pennsylvania, Christopher's passion for food ignited at a young age. Starting from humble beginnings as a dishwasher, he rapidly ascended the ranks to become a seasoned chef, accumulating over 20 years of experience in the industry. Notably, he has honed his skills at distinguished establishments such as Capital Grille, PJ Clark's, and Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House.


During his tenure as an executive chef at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, Christopher earned a stellar reputation for his culinary expertise and innovative approach. Renowned for his ability to create mouthwatering and visually stunning dishes, he has also embraced the role of mentor, providing guidance and support to aspiring chefs on their professional journeys.


He dedicates his free time to assisting other restaurants in crafting menus and developing recipes, generously sharing his passion and expertise within the wider culinary community.

With a diverse background that includes years at Coca-Cola and the successful launch of Lil Dan’s food truck, Dan brings a rare blend of corporate expertise and street-level culinary grit to every project.


Originally from Philadelphia, Dan began his career in corporate sales before channeling his passion for food and entrepreneurship into the launch of one of the city’s most iconic food trucks. His innovative approach to mobile dining helped shape the region’s street food scene and led him to co-found the Philadelphia Mobile Food Association, where he served as the organization’s first President.


In addition to his operational experience, Dan is a sought-after consultant for food truck owners and hospitality groups nationwide. His extensive knowledge of licensing, compliance, and growth strategy has earned him contracts with professional athletes, national chains like Steak n Shake, and major retailers including Bloomingdale’s.

Dan is known for his ability to lead high-performing teams, manage large-scale budgets, and offer practical, profitable business solutions. With a career defined by bold moves and community impact, he continues to mentor operators and develop scalable systems that help businesses thrive in a competitive market.
